Shipping policy

Orders are normally shipped after the order is confirmed.

All of our items are currently made to order, so

please allow approximately 1–2 weeks from order to shipment.

We appreciate your understanding before placing an order.

Orders are delivered by our partner carriers.

Shipping fees and available methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery time after shipment varies by destination and carrier conditions.

As a guide, delivery takes about 1–4 business days after shipment (domestic shipping within Japan).

Please note that weather, traffic, or peak seasons may cause delays.

We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.

You can check the delivery status on the carrier's website.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an extended absence or an incomplete address,

the cost of redelivery may be borne by the customer.

• Changes to the delivery address after ordering may not be possible depending on shipping status.

• When you order multiple items, they may ship at different times.
